It was during this phase that, after seeing the happy and elated reactions of the occupants of the flats and the uninhibited joy that they exhibited to experience such a high quality of construction both by way of excellent quality control, coupled with a high quality of workmanship, along with the quality of materials used, provided as a routine exercise by KVJ Constructions, simply as a matter of fact, without even being prodded to do so by anyone, that Mr. K. V. Krishna Prasad promised to himself, that come what may, he would leave no stone unturned to give this unalloyed joy of quality construction to his customers and the buyers of apartments from us, promising himself, that he would never ever compromise on either the quality of workmanship or the quality of materials used in any of the future projects undertaken by him or by his then fledging firm, and to this day, he has stuck to this promise he had made to himself, sometimes even at the cost of his own profit margins.

In the year 2013, KVJ Constructions became a Patnership Firm with K.V. Krishna Prasad taking over as its Managing Partner. During this time, a project known as Jaya Splendour was started in Sanjayanagar by KVJC. It was executed very efficiently and effectively by KVJC and the project was finished within the promised time and it is no surprise that the owners of the apartments there, even today, vouch for KVJC. This adherence to ethics and quality is what ultimately differentiated the projects of other similar builders from us and our projects.

Once the project of Jaya Splendour was finished, we took up one more project, Jaya Granduer which was effectively and efficiently completed in time. We do not cut corners where execution of our work is concerned, which are executed with a seamless schedule of execution with a qualitative and ethical work quality of which, we are immensely and humongously proud of, so much so, that these qualities have become the very hallmark and benchmark of our construction work and has succeeded in endearing us to all our customers. Our longed-for incentive in any project is the unbridled joy on the faces of our customers when we deliver the possession of the flat to them, which is more lasting and permanent than any temporary and transient monetary profits.

This is our Quest right now and it will remain so forever. We are not even asking our potential customers to just rely on our words alone, with regard to our quality of construction. All these projects are within a stone throw distance or very nearby each other and we would be very glad, if our potential customers take time out to visit our various completed projects and have a talk with the current owners. We have uploaded photographs of the people who gave us these testimonials and uploaded some videos too on our website. But, irrespective of this, we also invite our esteemed potential customers, if any of our esteemed customers still want to personally interact with any of our old customers or past buyers of our apartments, it would be a huge pleasure for us to introduce them to anyone of our past buyers and allow any sort of interaction with them.
